1. About WURWUR

WURWUR is a technology platform that enables event organizers to create events and facilitate ticket sales. WURWUR is not an event promoter, host, or organizer and does not own, operate, or control any event listed on the platform. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe, and WURWUR does not hold or control funds related to ticket sales.

2. For Organizers

By using WURWUR to create or manage events, you agree that you are solely responsible for your event, including its accuracy, safety, legality, and execution. You are solely responsible for all refunds, cancellations, and communications with attendees. WURWUR’s 5% platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. You agree not to use WURWUR to promote or facilitate unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations. WURWUR reserves the right to remove events, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion.

3. For Attendees

By registering for or purchasing access to an event through WURWUR, you acknowledge that WURWUR is a ticketing platform only and is not the organizer of any event. All questions, disputes, and refund requests must be directed to the event organizer. WURWUR is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, quality, or misrepresentation, and your purchase is subject to the terms and policies set by the event organizer.

4. Platform Use

WURWUR provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WURWUR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any event listed on the platform, or any disputes between organizers and attendees, including but not limited to losses related to cancellations, delays, no-shows, or denied entry.

6. Changes to These Terms

WURWUR may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
