1. About WURWUR

WURWUR is a technology platform that enables event organizers to create events and collect ticket payments. WURWUR is not an event promoter, co-host, or organizer of any event listed on the platform.

2. For Organizers

By creating an account and listing events on WURWUR, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for your event, including its delivery, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for issuing refunds to attendees in the event of cancellation or changes.
• WURWUR's 5% platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• You will not use WURWUR to promote or facilitate unlawful events or activities.
• WURWUR reserves the right to remove any event or suspend any account that violates these terms.

3. For Attendees

By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event through WURWUR, you acknowledge:

• WURWUR is a ticketing platform only and is not the organizer of the event you are attending.
• All refund requests must be directed to the event organizer, not WURWUR.
• WURWUR is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or misrepresentation by organizers.
• Ticket purchases are subject to the refund policy of the individual event organizer.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WURWUR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to event cancellations, no-shows, or disputes between organizers and attendees.

5. Changes to These Terms

WURWUR reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
