WURWUR was built by someone who spent 15 years running events. The goal was simple: remove the friction. Most event tools are slow, bloated, and collect more data than they need to. WURWUR strips all of that away — fast event creation, instant registration, and the fastest guest entry imaginable.

For Organizers

Getting started

Log in with your email. You'll receive a magic link — click it, and you're in. No passwords.

Building your event

Enter the basics your guests need: event name, date, start and end time, location, and up to two links to your website or social media. That’s it.

Pricing

Free events are free to host. For paid events, WURWUR collects a 5% service fee. A $20 ticket means we collect $1. Connect your Stripe account and funds are deposited directly into your bank account after the event. WURWUR never holds your money.

Promoting your event

Once your event is created, you’ll receive a shareable link and QR code. Post it, text it, print it — promote it however you want.

Managing your event

Inside your dashboard, select any event to edit details, launch the QR scanner, view your guest list, download attendee data, and track performance, including financial insights.

Your ticket

After registering, you’ll receive a QR code ticket. Screenshot it or download it — you’ll need it for entry.

Your identity

Guests may register with their real name or an alias. Your ticket is your confirmation, not your identity. Some events are better attended privately, and we believe that’s your right.

Scanner Security

Every QR code can only be scanned once.

GREEN — Verified. Guest is in.
RED — Already scanned. Rejected.

WURWUR provides one thing: the ability for your guests to register in seconds and enter with a verified ticket. Everything beyond the door — checking IDs, providing security, and managing the event — is the responsibility of the organizer.

Why We Built This

Speed drives attendance. The faster someone can register, the more likely they are to show up. Fewer steps mean fewer drop-offs and more people at your event.

Privacy should be the default. We don’t collect unnecessary data or track behavior. Your presence at an event is enough — your personal information is not our business.

WURWUR is built for smaller events — comedy shows, private gatherings, music events, and everything in between. The goal is simple: remove complexity so you can focus on the event itself.
